Team Rules

1. Players must attend every practice on time, to be able to play in games. (Tues & Thurs 5:30-7p) We understand circumstances happen, so please contact a coach in advance if the player can not attend a practice or game. Players simply need to attend practice so they are ready for games, this sport is too technical and can be dangerous if they are not prepared properly.

2. Players must come prepared with proper equipment, or they can not play. 

3. Players need to bring water and water only to every practice and game. 

5. No jewelry is allowed during practice and games. 

In addition to the team rules, here are a few of the team philosophies/goals we adhere to: 

1. Teach all players the fundamentals of field hockey.

2. Teach and encourage all players to become the best team player, whether the individual may be a supporting player or leader. 

3. Prepare all players for the high school level of play, if that is their choice.

4. Teach all players how to compete, over come failure, and win with grace.

5. Teach the fundamentals of conditioning for field hockey.
